Review

This 25th title in the immensely popular Company’s Coming series (of
which more than 10 million copies have been sold to date) faithfully
follows a formula that includes many very desirable cookbook features.
The print is large, clear, and easy to read. The books lie flat for
hands-free use in the kitchen. Each recipe can be read in its entirety
without having to wash your hands so that you can turn the page.
Measurements are given in imperial and metric, and directions are easy
to follow. The ingredients are easily located in any modern supermarket.
Every recipe has been tested. Add to that list of practical features two
others: first, the books have a clean, uncluttered design that uses
full-page color photos generously; second, each book is sprinkled with
dozens of smiles, sayings, and jokes that will lighten the mood in a hot
kitchen.

Fish and Seafood has all the series characteristics plus approximately
200 recipes, and guides for fish substitution, serving size, and
nutrition. The dishes include appetizers, casseroles, main courses,
seafood pies, quiches, pizza, salads, sandwiches, soups, chowders, and
more. Seasonings are generally kept fairly light so as to let the
delicate seafood flavors dominate.

Another title destined to become a classic.
