Review

One of Canada’s top residential realtors shares the secrets of her success in this motivating self-help guide for the real-estate professional. The secret is her “Championship Selling Systern.” This is a highly organized and goal-centred approach which has enabled her to reach new levels of success each year. Based on sound principles of time management and delegation, coupled with effective marketing techniques to maintain and expand the client base, the system is easy to understand and apply. The book provides specific instructions, with examples, and lots of encouragement. The illustrations include the author’s own promotional brochures.

Although it was developed by a realtor, and is described in detail in terms of her industry, Jennings’s system could be adapted by salespersons in other fields, and indeed by other self-employed professionals wishing to increase their revenue-producing opportunities. The tone of the book is enthusiastic; its advice forthright and practical. A more careful proofreading might have eliminated the sprinkling of typographical errors, but it is otherwise a fine presentation.
