Review

Selling professionally has always been a highly competitive business,
and never more so than now, with the Internet bringing buyers and
sellers together electronically worldwide. To achieve continued success
in today’s markets, sales professionals must constantly evaluate their
performance and strive for improvement.

The 15 experts who have contributed chapters to this self-help guide
are professional sales trainers, coaches, and consultants. Together they
cover the entire selling process, from initiating dialogue with a
prospect to closing the sale, including using computer, Internet, and
telephone technology effectively and honing personal skills. Their
step-by-step advice is practical, well-organized, and motivating. Each
chapter concludes with a brief biography of its writer, his or her
business name, address, telephone number, and email and web addresses.
The editors and the majority of the contributors are members of the
Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
