Self-Counsel Press publishes legal and business books, planning kits
such as the three described here, and books of legal forms. Although
these publications are distributed in Canada, most of the text
originates in the United States. As a result, readers must exercise
caution with respect to legal issues, since laws vary both from country
to country and between states or provinces. For the three titles under
review, this is particularly true of the wedding and funeral planning
kits.

Each book consists of lists and checklists designed to guide one
through the experience named in the title. An accompanying computer disk
includes all of the checklists and charts in both Microsoft Word and
PDF. These handy guides will help those who have never been through the
experience avoid having to learn it all the hard way.
