Greatest Hits: Sandwiches and Wraps

Jean Paré has been publishing cookbooks since 1981, in response to
customer requests stemming from her enormously successful catering
career. In this book, she presents a host of appetizing sandwich-like
options—burgers, subs, wraps, pitas, pizzas, and rolls, to name a few.


The format is simple and convenient. Each two-column page contains an
average of two recipes. The ingredient list (imperial and metric) is
followed by the assembly instructions. A nutritional breakdown is
provided, and every 15 pages or so there is a full-color illustration of
several completed creations, with a visual key relating each item to its
relevant page. The recipes themselves are mouth-watering and guaranteed
to revitalize your ho-hum lunchtime routine.
