Review

The first Canadian edition of this book was in 1977. At that time it was a basic “little” guide to principles of good grammar, good style, the mechanics of writing, and the MLA style of documentation. New to this edition is a glossary of usage and errors and the addition of the American Psychological Association (APA) system of documentation. Thus, we now have two different bibliographic styles to refer to, one for the humanities and one for the social sciences.
