Review

Who among us has not raged inwardly at a bureaucratic injustice at one
time or another. For those wanting to know how and where to complain,
this very useful book provides a wealth of information.

The guideā€™s 10 chapters are organized according to the nature of the
injustice and its perpetrator. They address how and where to complain
about the media, retailers, landlords, tenants, neighbors, travel
operators, the government, professional service providers, and human
rights (with all that that implies), and include examples of the kinds
of injustices that one may encounter in each category. The chapters also
offer advice about the psychology of effective complains, and, perhaps
most valuable of all, list the names of those to be contacted along with
their addresses and telephone and fax numbers.
