Review

These are really three small papers, with Byers’s being the longest. He writes on NORAD and the “Star Wars” configurations, while Hamre deals with Canada-United States defence relations and security policy. Hamre is an American, living in the United States. Lindsey opens the package with a short description of the historical background on defending North America.
