Review

A companion volume to Divorce Law for Counsellors, Divorce Law Questions and Answers addresses the same basic questions from a lay point of view. The sections are divided into smaller bits, and the basics of the current Federal Divorce law are explained in question-and-answer format. Chapter headings include Grounds for Divorce, Taking Care of Children, Settling Money Matters, Getting a Divorce, and After a Divorce. Divorce Law Questions and Answers stresses that it is not a substitute for a lawyer; but itis a handy introduction to the legal process of divorce that can save users many hours of expensive explanations. It answers the simple questions, so that clients can go straight to the hard questions when they are paying for the advice.
