Review

From sea anemones and coral reefs to xestospongia muta and the zones of
life, Bobbie Kalman takes us through the ocean. Filled with her usual
excellent research and fascinating tidbits of information (did you know
the sea urchin is an animal with no brain and that there are 5000 kinds
of worms in the sea?), not to mention the fabulous color photographs,
this alphabet book is one that children of all ages will enjoy—a real
vocabulary builder! Highly recommended.
