Review

Mike Hudema, an Edmonton law student and activist, has produced a handy
guide for troublemakers. Here are a variety of ways to disrupt the right
wing—setting up information booths at their meetings to pass out
contrary information, candlelight vigils, or joining a march with
contradictory signs—all of which are sure to be troublesome. Some are
almost certain to be quasi-illegal or at least likely to start fights.
What Hudema doesn’t seem to realize is that peaceful assembly is a
right. Nor does he understand that his tactical handbook can be used by
opponents of the left. Still, some of this is very funny and
imaginative.
