This reissue differs from the original only in the amount of space given
to microwave muffin-baking techniques. The recipes are divided into
seven sections, ranging from “Basic and Bran Muffins” to “English
and Sourdough English Muffins” to “Fruit Muffins.” The
introductory “Baking Tips for Muffins” section is useful and easy to
follow.

This cookbook is recommended for new purchasers. Owners of the earlier
edition are advised to stick with their spiral-bound version.
