Review

Someone must have told Peter Austen, “your stories are great; you
should write them down and publish them.” Again and again while
reading this book the question “what’s the point of this?” comes
up. Sadly, there isn’t one. “This book contains a collection of my
watery experiences,” Austen tells us in his introduction. Widely
travelled, Austen has had experiences in several countries and countless
bodies of water. Many of them involve falling out of watercraft, and
many involve questionable attempts at humor. I guess you just had to be
there.
