Review

Even the title of this book is efficient, encapsulating the book’s
three themes—save time, money, and the planet. The author has
assembled hundreds of tips. Thus, a minute or two of caution or thought
before making a purchase, for example, can save you money and be easy on
the environment.

The book is divided into 11 broad areas (e.g., the garden, the
workshop, banks) in which you can usually apply all three themes. To
illustrate some of her more unconventional advice, Lamb uses examples
from her own family, which are often humorous. The index is complete and
very important to the success of this book.

2 Minutes a Day to Supersavings would make an excellent purchase for
consumers, the environmentally concerned, schools, and young people
starting out on their own, who want to save money and time, as well as
help the earth.
