Review
Destination Prince Edward Island admirably encapsulates the charm of
Canada’s smallest province. The book’s photographs, by Anne MacKay,
are often breathtaking in their beauty. They are introduced and
supplemented by Shauna McCabe’s brief yet lucid commentaries.
Interspersed throughout are apt quotations from Island poets, past and
present. Here, then, is a souvenir to recommend to any or all of the
million-and-a-quarter people who visit Prince Edward Island each summer.
