Review

This oversized booklet is intended to explain how the CMHC recommended standards (as found in Site Planning Criteria, NHA 5214) apply to the site planning of mobile homes, and at the same time, to promote also the general improvement of mobile-home developments. All of it is broadly covered, though in sufficient detail to be appealing to students at all levels. There are plenty of floor plans and photographs on such diverse topics as installation (stands, anchoring systems, utility connections, landscaping), spaces (particularly separation from other units, parking, amenities), and mobile-home parks generally, especially on how they can be upgraded. A glossary concludes the work.
