Review

Canada Coast to Coast brings together in one magnificent volume some of the choicest photographs from the acclaimed Regional Portraits of Canada series, together with some 60 new, previously unpublished photographs, in a collection that it will be difficult to match ever, anywhere.

The work of so many of Canada’s leading photographers is included that one may well regard the credit listing as an honour roll of the profession. Among them they have captured the beauty and magnitude of an immense and immensely varied land from north to south as well as from coast to coast; and whether the reader is revisiting the known and loved, or daydreaming of the yet unvisited, this lovely book will lend wings to his or her imagination. A must for Canadian collections.
