Review

All of these short articles originated as columns in the Evening Telegram of St. John’s, Newfoundland. The first edition of That Far Greater Bay was reviewed in CBRA 1976, item 3255; it is now eight pages longer, with two more stories. The second book was reviewed in CBRA 1975, item 2136; the revised edition is now nine pages longer, with three more stories. Sea Urchins is Guy’s most popular book (reprinted six times) and our reviewer described it as “contemporary journalism for all.” Guy’s political wit still stands the test of time, and he has a sharp eye for humorous situations.
