The hardcover of Worthington’s book came out in 1984, and it was reviewed in CBRA 1984, entry 2111. The paperback reprint is included here because this edition contains some new material. Worthington writes here about his firing from the Toronto Sun and his second political defeat in late summer, 1985. Though both topics have been added to the index, no new copyright date was sought. Is this the value of the new Worthington material?
