Review

Midlife Man is a very readable, practical, and genuinely humorous book.
Aimed at providing general health information for aging men (who have a
reputation for avoiding issues having to do with their health), the book
covers such topics as the aging process, sexual activity, and how to
take preventative measures in order to stay healthy. The author, a
practising physician, refrains from preaching but not from laying it on
the line. This guide to general health and well-being will both inform
and entertain its intended audience.
