Review
Paper Airplanes and Other Super Flyers gives simple directions for
making four gliders, three twirling wings, two parachutes, and four
miscellaneous flyers. Supporting the step-by-step written directions are
lucid diagrams. Most young readers will be able to complete the projects
with minimal adult support.
Children who are beginners at making flyers will find the book useful
and enjoyable; more experienced “flyers” will be less challenged.
Teachers working on “flight” themes will want to add the book to
their collection of craft titles. Recommended.
