Review

What begins as an innocent way to make a bit of extra money turns into a gambling compulsion that causes Todd Learner to make some bad choices. But it isn’t until he hits bottom that he begins to realize what is really important and who his friends really are. Before this Todd steals from his family and betrays his friends.

All In is timely with gambling addictions receiving national coverage. Polak cleverly weaves a tale of a character that simply gets in too deep and is unable for a while to find a way out. It is a novel about friendship, family, and loyalty. It is also a novel about finding one’s true self. With the popularity of gambling and on-line gambling, this should be a must read for all. Highly recommended.
