Review

This very first Franklin Annual features reprinted stories from episodes
of Franklin’s popular animated TV show: “Franklin’s Bicycle
Helmet,” “Franklin Forgets,” “Franklin Helps Out,” and
“Franklin and the Hero.” The stories deal with many of Franklin’s
experiences and concerns, and young readers will love the way his
friends help him solve his problems.

The stories are illustrated with bright, colorful scenes incorporated
from the TV shows. The Annual also features 16 pages of activities for
kids to enjoy, including games, coloring, word searches, and mazes. All
the activities are printed on high-quality white paper, ideal for
coloring and marking. The book’s double use as both a storybook and an
activity book makes it perfect for beginning readers. Recommended.
