Review

Elliot Moose and his stuffed-animal friends team up for their fourth
adventure in Elliot’s Bath. This time, they are painting the stage for
a talent show when Socks drops a can of blue paint—SPLAT!—on Elliot
and himself. Without hesitation, Angel, Paisley, and Beaverton prepare a
perfect first bath for the paint-splotched pair.

After lots of splishing and splashing, soggy Elliot and Socks find
themselves too full of water to move. Again their pals come to the
rescue, this time with a fishing rod, toy airplane, hair dryer, and ride
on the clothesline into the hot sun. “We’re flying! And we’re
drying!” they yell. And they do dry—just in time for the talent
show.

Talented author/illustrator Andrea Beck has skilfully created a happy
book full of color and fun. Elliot Moose fans and stuffed-animal
enthusiasts will enjoy this playful romp with the winsome characters.
