Review

Book 3 of the Time-Tripper series takes our young adventurers, Bill and
Donnie, into 12th-century England quite by accident. They are helping
Mr. Cromwell do some electronic work on his time capsule when they find
themselves stranded in the bedchamber of young Prince Richard, the
future king known as Richard the Lionhearted. Mistaken for young
apprentices to Merlin, Bill and Donnie unravel a plot to kill Richard
and change not only the laws of the land but history itself. With the
help of a knight of the realm (one of their ancestors), the beautiful
cousin of the young prince, and their own ingenuity, the boys manage to
set history back on track. Bill also finds (and loses) the love of his
life, only to rediscover her in his own time.

This easy-to-read, action-packed adventure will encourage young readers
to learn more about 12th-century England. Highly recommended.
