Henry and the Cow Problem

Simone Lamoureux is an elementary-school teacher in Ile-des Chкnes,
Manitoba.

Henry, a young boy who lives on the third floor of an apartment
building, is afraid that cows will crash through his bedroom window at
night. As she comes to tuck him in bed one night, Henry’s mother
discovers his fear. Perplexed, she asks Henry a series of questions.
With his mother’s gentle interrogation, Henry resolves his problem and
is no longer afraid of cows.

Because of its subject matter, this book could be used as a resource
book by parents and educators. Preschoolers and primary-grade students
will also enjoy having the book read to them. They will especially love
the pastel-colored illustrations of friendly cows that appear on every
page. Recommended.
