Review

This collection of gift-making ideas should gain a wide readership.
Youngsters will enjoy making fluffy birdies from pompoms or expanding
them into fuzzy kittens. Teenagers will enjoy making jewelry from beads,
wood, or bright plastic. Adults may enjoy dipping into the more
complicated instructions for dolls. There are simple recipes for apple
cinnamon holiday shapes, aromatic citrus pomanders, and doggie biscuits.
Brightly colored photographs guide the reader in the creation of
inexpensive, attractive gifts. Highly recommended.
