Review

Cassie lives in an old family house filled with mystery. At age 16 her
Aunt Diana died from unknown causes. Now Cassie, who is about to turn 16
herself, is being visited by a ghost who bears an uncanny resemblance to
Cassie, which leads to some troubling mix-ups. Delving into the family
history, Cassie discovers that the ghost could be someone from the
family’s past. Cassie and friends Dorian, Maya, and Ben hold a séance
to try to discover more about the ghost and her past. Can they put the
spirit to rest?

Intermediate-grade readers will enjoy this fast-paced story, which
manages to build suspense and excitement to the very end. Recommended.
