Review

The recipe synopsis: at six months, purée one of two vegetables with
water (if necessary); at seven months, add pasta, rice, and grains;
introduce protein foods at eight months and selective dairies (cheese
and yogurts) at nine; at one year, introduce milk, honey, and eggs, and
nuts at your discretion. Herbs (except parsley) and spices do not make
an appearance in this collection.

There. You can now pretty well compile your own set of recipes
equivalent to those that appear in this book.

Of some value to the novice cook and new parent may be the
introduction, which includes information on when to start solids, safety
concerns, allergies, and food storage. A meal plan also precedes each
section.

It’s a blender cookbook: it tells you how to make mush.
