Review

Executive coach, management trainer, and speaker Cindy Dachuk founded
the Titan Training Group in Southern Ontario 10 years ago. In It’s
Time Now she provides a personal coaching/training program to help
readers help themselves to move ahead. Sections include “The Past Is
the Past,” “The Future Is Now,” “What’s Most Important to
You?,” “Taking Responsibility,” “Finding Your Voice,”
“Letting Go, Action! Action!,” “Resisting Resistance,” “Be It
Resolved,” “Profiles in Courage,” and “Ultimate Rewards.”

Dachuk suggests that you can pursue the program on your own when you
have the time and the space to follow the exercises and to reflect and
actively consider the questions posed. Graphics designed to help you
brainstorm and clarify transform It’s Time Now into your personal
workbook. Inspiring quotations from various notables are scattered
throughout the text; for example, Eleanor Roosevelt reminds us that
“no one can hurt you without your consent,” while Abraham Lincoln
states that “I reserve the right to be smarter today than I was
yesterday.”

The insights of everyone from humanist psychologist Viktor Frankl to
current pop idol Dr. Phil are included. Although it specifically targets
corporate women, Dachuk’s book speaks to a much wider audience.
