This guide for people who are at a midpoint in their careers has been
produced by an experienced team. Noah Meltz is Principal of Woodsworth
College at the University of Toronto, author of numerous books, and
co-author of the popular Human Resource Management in Canada. Rochelle
Meltz is a speaker, teacher, and volunteer counselor.

Topics include job search, education and training, starting a business,
volunteering, and obtaining professional assistance in career planning.
Advice is also given on planning for retirement, increasing job
satisfaction, minimizing stress that results from changing jobs, and
developing a clear program of self-evaluation at whatever point in
one’s career. Each chapter includes further readings and
bibliographies.
