Review
This guide is an excellent travel companion to take with you when
visiting the three united counties of Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry in
Eastern Ontario. Its seven chapters—each written by a member of the
Tri-County Writers’ Guild, who is also a local authority on the
region—feature day trips that include “The Perch Route,” “The
Fur Trader Route,” “Glengarry Highlands Roads,” “Touring
Cornwall,” “The Loyalist Front Route,” “The Lost Villages
Adventure,” and “The Apple Cheddar Route.” The guide also includes
local photographs, an index of place names, maps, and a list of Eastern
Ontario tourist information centres as well as bed-and-breakfasts.
