Review

This directory, the first to appear in a decade, offers a user’s guide
to the federal government. Virtually every department, agency, and
office is included, along with Crown corporations. In every case, we get
line diagrams, addresses, telephone numbers, and the names of key
political and public service officials—though such lists are by
definition almost immediately out of date. The organization is clear and
effective; this is a handy book for every library and company.
